Prince George’s
County, Maryland…The Prince
George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating
a homicide that occurred in Fort
Washington, Maryland.
On
November 22, 2009, at approximately 5:36 p.m., officers responded to the 5200
block of Haras Place
for a shooting. When officers arrived,
they discovered 22 year-old Deandre Smith of the 3600 block of Jay Street in Washington, D.C.
suffering from a gunshot wound to his body.
He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

offering a cash reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to the
arrest and indictment of the suspect(s).
