Prince George’s County, Maryland…The Prince George’s County Police Department Homicide Section is investigating a homicide that occurred in the 6900 Block of Bankrun Terrace, District Heights, Maryland.
 
 On September 25, 2009 at approximately 11:30 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the 6900 Block of Bankrun Terrace, District Heights, Maryland.  When officers arrived on the scene, they located a black male victim suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body.  He was pronounced dead on the scene.  The victim is identified as 55 year old Bobby Lee Haynes of the 6900 Block of Bankrun Terrace. Investigators are working to establish a motive and identify the suspects.

 Two male suspects in dark clothing fled the scene on a motorcycle.  At least one of the suspects was armed.
