LARGO, MD – The Prince George’s County Office of Central Services Minority Business Development Division, in partnership with the Maryland Insurance Administration and GWISA, will hold a FREE workshop for small businesses, “Insurance and Your Small Business.”  

This event is a half-day seminar designed to help the minority business community understand their liabilities and learn how to protect their assets.  The workshop will provide business owners with tips on commercial insurance options including general liability, home based business, worker’s compensation and surety bonds.  In addition, companies will have the opportunity to hear about Prince George’s County Government insurance requirements, and how the insurance industry is regulated in the State of Maryland.
